Almost all rooms of de Doelen are equipped with the most modern facilities in the field of light, image, sound and live streaming. Tailored to the event and your wishes as a tenant, these are installed and operated by experienced technicians of de Doelen.
In de Doelen, free Wi-Fi is available in the foyer and the breakout rooms. Charges apply for Wi-Fi in the plenary rooms.
De Doelen specializes in providing all types of livestreams at a high quality level. From an online lecture, a product presentation or a video conference to a fully online event with networking moments, break-out sessions, polls and Q&As. We are happy to think along about the way of streaming and arrange everything to achieve the best result. Depending on the desired result, there is a choice between one or more camera positions with both remote and operated cameras. This allows a beautiful and varied image to be broadcast. We also have the choice between live direction or pre-programmed direction. We are happy to discuss the objective and wishes for the meeting in order to arrive at appropriate advice.
In terms of culinary delights, there are many possibilities in de Doelen. A lunch from hand, an exclusive drink or a festive dinner: the possibilities are virtually unlimited. Coffee, tea and drinks are always provided by de Doelen. Lunches and dinners can be provided by a caterer via de Doelen. We are happy to help you with a nice quote and prefer to work with local companies.
All events taking place at de Doelen will be professionally supervised by an experienced Event Manager. They are happy to advise you during the preliminary process about any and all possibilities within the venue. We can offer advice and support on catering, event structure, stand construction or exhibition, technical requirements of all kinds. We can even offer support and advice on extra programmes (for example musical or other performances to enhance the experience). We’ll continually work together to help ensure the success of an event.
